If you want to know if the Stardust dance weekend is fun, just ask George, Barbara, Shirley, Phyllis, Ted, Hanna, Anahy, Betty, Sandy, Mara, Ed, Dave, Lola, or John at the next Circle of Friends tm party. They have all enjoyed the vacation weekends; and they keep coming back for more. The daytime schedule involves dancers of all levels participating in dance workshops of all levels. The 22 teachers are some of the best from many parts of the U.S. and worldwide. Open dance sessions are also available, if you feel like daytime dancing, or you want to practice the new steps you have learned. Dancing, in the dining room, at lunchtime gets the social activities up to speed. When the sun sets on the countryside, it's time for a fancy dress cocktail party where you can meet dance partners from many parts of America as well as some from other nations. The big band plays wonderful ballroom tunes at the party until dinner time. More than a dozen dance hosts liven up the party. The dinner tables surround two ballroom dance floors; and the music never stops during the meals! After dessert, we all promenade to the Stardust Theater for a spectacular stage show that would inspire anyone who dances. The late night dancing begins after the show and continues on to the wee hours. The night owls are treated to a choice of four dance venues: ballroom varieties; Latin excitement; passionate Argentine tango; and a hustle and west-coast swing bash. Sometimes, 4AM is quitting time! Dancers, get ready! ...All of the above is repeated the next day. The only difference for Saturday is that the evening dress is a no-holds-barred affair. Men have the option to wear a tuxedo and the women wear all the glitter and sexiness they can muster. Comfortable and sophisticated is certainly acceptable as well. After a lunchtime full of see-you-soon hugs on Sunday, it's time to head home and plan for the next Stardust a few months later. Since most of the guests are repeat visitors, the bonding with dance buddies from previous weekends is something that everyone looks forward to. It's a 700 member extended family! Join us! ...You will have a great time. You can call me at (201) 933 8098 for advance planning. It's never too early to reserve a room. They are usually sold out soon after the previous event is ended. Click here to request a Stardust brochure that lists all details Click here for the Stardust Photo Gallery. Your dance buddy and Stardust agent,
"This was one of the best times I have ever had at Stardust; and it's because I was at your Circle of Friends table. Thank you again." |
