All room categories are centrally located.

 

Towers - $379** newly renovated room, elevator to 6 floors, most centrally located, some rooms have king size beds and sofa, included amenities are: alarm clock, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, and refrigerator.*

 

Elms - $369** newly renovated room, elevator to 4 floors, slightly smaller than Towers rooms, centrally located, some rooms have king size beds, included amenities are: alarm clock, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, and vanity area with sink outside bathroom.

 

Willows & Palms - $349** newly renovated room, centrally located, slightly smaller than Elms, included amenities are: alarm clock, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and coffee maker. Some have one flight walk-up. Willows is only 3 steps up. First floor is available while supply lasts. Some Palms have a balcony.

 

Maples - $309** same size as Willows & Palms, double or single beds. Some have one flight walk-up. First floor is available while supply lasts.

 

Thursday Arrival - $109** additional includes: room category of your choice, open dance sessions, evening and morning dance lessons, dinner and Friday breakfast.

 

* Refrigerators (included in Towers rooms only) are available for $10 per night in other rooms.

Gratuities: $14.50 ($11 for Thursday) will be added per person, per day to cover housekeeping and dining room.  Bellmen and other personnel are NOT included.
Cancellation Date - Full refund of deposit 14 days prior to the event.

Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
